Registration Process:
you'll receive an email confirmation at the time you submit your registration. As the retreat date approaches you'll be sent a form to give us your meeting time availability and at that time you will also be asked for information to be provided to the teachers so that they may best support your practice.
Sliding Scale Registration Fees:
Registration for this retreat includes teacher support. Traditionally, Insight Retreats in the West ask a base rate which does not go to the teachers (or, when possible, no fees,) and then request donations to support the teachers and the teachings at the end of the retreat. This honors the practice and tradition of generosity (Dana) in order to support a community of practice and to make the teachings available to all who seek them. The costs for this retreat are all-inclusive and provide support for the teachers' time and their dedication to continued practice and teaching; the sliding scale options and financial aid are intended to honor the spirit of generosity that holds the teachings as a practice of giving and receiving between teacher and students.
In order to maintain this spirit of generosity, we ask that you pay at the highest rate you can afford, in order to support our ability to continue to offer lower rates and scholarships to those who would otherwise be unable to attend.

Benefactor Rate: $745 *$671
Supports the teachers and subsidizes our ability to offer scholarship rates and financial need requests.
Supporting Rate: $545 *$491
Supports the cost of the retreat and provides support for the teachers.
Scholarship Rate: $355 *$320
Base rate for those with financial need. Please select this rate if you are unable to pay at the Supporting rate.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations by Sept, 1st, 2020, will receive a refund minus $100 administration fee.
Cancellations after Sept 1st, through Sept 18th, will receive a 50% refund.
After Sept 18th we will be unable to provide refunds for cancellations.
About Your Teacher Meeting Assignments:
Retreatants will be assigned to two, small-group teacher meetings during the retreat at any of the following times 9:15am, 10am, 5:15pm or 6pm Pacific Daylight Time. Prior to the retreat, as a registered participant, you will be asked to submit a form which will allow you to indicate which meeting times work best, and any information you would like the teachers to know. Meetings will be assigned according to the available times you indicate. Unfortunately, due to the logistics involved; we will be unable to accommodate special requests for the day of the week, or teacher you prefer, or to make changes once your meeting times are assigned.
