Registration for a retreat closes 14 days before retreat start date

Please read below our description of our tiered pricing approach.

Please note that our registration rate INCLUDES teacher compensation.

There will be no request for donation to support the teachers at the end of the retreat.

Registration Rates:

Benefactor Rate:  $895

Supports the cost of the retreat, the teachers, and directly subsidizes our ability to offer scholarship rates. We ask that those who can afford to do so register at the Benefactor rate to enable us to provide Scholarship rates to those unable to attend otherwise.

Base Rate:  $650   

Supports the cost of the retreat and provides support for the teachers. 

​

Scholarship Rate:  $295

A limited number of spots will be available for those who would be unable to attend at the Base Rate. This rate will show as 'Sold Out' on the registration form once all Scholarship spots are used. Additional spots may be added over time when Benefactors contribute to our Scholarship fund. Please ONLY select this rate if you would be unable to attend at any other rate.  If Scholarship rates are 'sold out' on the registration form, you may sign up here to be contacted if additional spots open up.

​About Our Tiered Pricing Registration Fees:

Registration fees for this retreat include teacher support.

Most Insight Retreats held in the West ask a base rate that covers only retreat costs (venues, technical, etc,) and does not compensate teachers; on these retreats, participants are asked for donations to support the teachers and the teachings at the end of the retreat. This is the practice and tradition of generosity (Dana), which supports a community of practice and makes the teachings available to all who seek them.

However, in order to support our teachers and operations, One World Mindfulness retreat registration fees are all-inclusive, and provide support for the teachers' time and their dedication to continued practice and teaching. You will not be asked to offer any additional donation as our fees go to our teachers' compensation.   Our tiered pricing options and financial aid are intended to honor the spirit of generosity that holds the teachings as a practice of mutual giving and receiving.

In order to maintain this spirit of generosity, we ask that you pay at the highest rate you can afford, in order to support our ability to continue to offer lower rates and scholarships to those who would otherwise be unable to attend.

Cancellation & Refund Policy:

​

Cancellations requested 31 days in advance or more will receive a refund minus $100 administrative fee. 

​

Cancellations 15 to 30 days in advance will receive a 50% refund.

​

No refunds within 14 days of retreat start date.

Your registration is valid for the retreat selected on the form and is non-transferable. Registration fees are non-transferable, including cancellation fees.

What to expect once you've registered, and before your retreat starts: 

​

You'll receive an email confirmation at the time you submit your registration- this email serves as a receipt, please keep (label/save) this for your records. Your confirmation email will also include a link to fill out the Participant Agreement Form for MMTCP/CE seeking students - you can fill that out at the time of your registration confirmation, or when the form is sent again just prior to your retreat start date.

As the retreat date approaches (2 weeks prior) you'll be sent an email with information to help you prepare for your retreat, as well as links to forms you will need to fill out, which will provide us your meeting time availability and information to be provided to the teachers so that they may best support your practice, we will also include the link to the MMTCP Participant Agreement form if you have not yet filled that out.

On the Opening Day of your retreat you'll receive an email with the Retreat Portal Password to access our Retreat Platform.
